Healing the Whole Self
Welcome to Inner Wisdom Psychotherapy! I’m September, the owner and operating clinician. I am passionate about offering a set of holistic therapy services targeting the healing of mind, body, and spirit of the self. Upon establishing my practice, I have made it an intention to offer the community services that encompass all aspects of the human experience. I believe mental health and physical wellbeing are interconnected in ways beyond how we simply think about situations. Our bodies are intuitive and can store emotions and beliefs beyond our conscious thoughts. By extending patience and space to ourselves to explore our inner world, I find true balanced healing can occur through rewriting unhelpful thought patterns, releasing traumas from the physical body, and honoring our authentic selves from the soul outward.
If you are struggling to understand yourself and those around you, you’ve come to the right place. I’m so proud you’ve made it this far. I believe with the right therapist connection, clients can feel empowered to better understand their inner world and, in turn, better tend to the relationships around them. There are a variety of factors that can leave us feeling helpless over self-esteem, managing our emotions, navigating relationships concerns, and healing from traumas and abuse. Please know I see you, and you are not alone. I provide services from a trauma-focused, attachment, and strengths-based clinical lens. Individual, couples, and group therapy services are available through an online virtual format from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
